Recently, I was introduced to the the book: The Index Card — Why personal finance does not have to be complicated. Sure enough, on an index card were some very important and simple financial tools.

​I was intrigued. My area of expertise is in simplifying the complex and this index card did just that. I was impressed.

Six years ago I wrote a diet book, Feed Your Head. I did a tremendous amount of research. I read, watched, and listened to most of the respected experts in the field.

Armed with that information, I applied it to my lifestyle — rapidly and easily I lost more weight than I ever imagined I could.

​While the diet and health industry wants the public to believe weight-loss is difficult — hey, it sells a lot of books that way and it is a $60-billion industry — it truly is easy. I simplified it down to two words.


The above-mentioned book gave me the inspiration to write diet and health tips on an index card. Like the above card, I will be turning it into a book: The Index Card Diet.

Please note: When the book The Index Card was published the authors changed the index card slightly. The same will be true of the card below. I wrote it quickly and will make it even more powerful. Candidly, I would have already done it, but I am not used to writing with a pen. My hand is tired!
